Comforters can be damaged due to daily wear and tear, and stitching can get loose allowing the batting to move, making your comforter lumpy and uncomfortable. If we find that you have a comforter with (one or both) of these issues, we will bring it to your attention, so that you have the opportunity to decline having it processed, or you can choose to have it repaired prior to being cleaned.
We do our best to remove stains from all items that you bring in, and if you can tell us what caused the stain we will have a better chance to remove it. Not all stains can be removed, but at Sun Country Cleaners, our professional staff will do their best to remove any stains that are found in our inspection of your items.
How we clean your Household Items
When cleaning your household items, we follow the care labels of the manufacturer. Comforters that are thicker, with heavier batting will take longer to clean and dry than ones made with lighter batting. On average, you can expect to leave comforters, duvets, mattress covers, pillows and rugs for four to five days for cleaning, as these items do take longer to clean than clothing.
